“Our flight landed at 4-06am on the 23rd March 2026. We stood outside for approximately 30 minutes waiting for the bus back to Mackadown Lane. It was well over a hour and 20 minutes after landing before we pulled out of the airport. The airport was not busy either.
Having used APH many times this is not the first time we have stood for quite a while in the cold or rain waiting.
I find it strange there is no question regarding ‘Return from the Airport’. Or is it?”
“Met by a very pleasant gentleman on arrival who quickly confirmed my booking, issued me with bus ticket and directed me to where to park.
Shuttle bus departed within 10 mins.
A super easy and smooth experience and would definitely use again when flying from Birmingham.”
“Checkin was easy,told where to park by a staff member,which was easy to find,parked the car up & caught the bus within 5mins of parking up. On the way back caught the bus within 5mins of departing the airport,walked back to the car & drove out,So easy no fuss would definitely use APH again well impressed with the process”
