“Extremely efficient on arrival, clear instructions for parking and importance of ticket. Friendly staff even at 3am! Quick bus journey. Would use again if flying from Birmingham again.”
“Easy to park and get to airport, terrible to get back to car from airport. Wonderful staff who were all friendly.
After seeing three buses arrive and go, one for tickets we didn't have and the other two which were too full for use, we gave up and got an Uber.
Won't use again or recommend as it cost me an extra £25 in taxi fees after waiting over 30 minutes to try and get a bus and fail.”
“I was impressed how efficient and friendly the staff were. Friendly and very helpful. I had an problem with my car after returning from holiday, car battery dead, I called the AA who were going to be an hour , ask one of the staff if AA can come into the car park . He asked if dead battery and offered to jump start it . I was up and running within 5 min . Very grateful for the service at APH.”
“The only problem would have been having to walk in the rain from where you park your car back to the hut where you catch the bus and the same long walk to fetch your car from where you left i t. Fortunately it wasn't raining on the way out, or the return after our holiday,.......”
