APH Birmingham Self Park Reviews

4.5 Rating 3,304 Reviews
From dropping off your car to where the bus picks you up you have to travel with cases on uneven rubble. When I arrived back I left my cases not far from the bus stop and a jobs worth voice said you cant leave your luggage there. I just carried on got the car and loaded up from there. All the money they make they could easily tarmac all the roads

Transfer to the airport
We have used APH many times, and have had no problems ever using their parking facilities. Staff are always helpful, even in the early hours of the morning.

The colour/letter- coded area signs need improving/deeper colours, especially red, orange, yellow. Prices have gone too high for less service.

Transfer to the airport
Easy to find in the famous Mackadown Lane. Simple parking setup. Parking staff walked me through to a satisfactory parking place. Not long to wait for the shuttle. Bus driver ws very helpfull. On our return, a bus was in, and again the driver assisted. At the car park, we got off the bus, walked to the car and drove out using the security code supplied.

I have parked at APH Hams Hall, Birmingham several times in the past and have been very satisfied. This car park is nothing to do with APH. It is run by Airparks and APH just acts as an agent. The car park is in very poor condition with no defined bays and could be quite a long walk to the bus stop over a poor surface littered with stones. After making it to the bus stop we had approximately 40 minutes to wait for a bus. On the return to the car park from the airport the bus arrived in good time. APH obviously closed the site at Hams Hall due to covid and I am afraid I will not be booking parking at Birmingham through APH until they hopefully open a similar site again as the one at Hams Hall. Next time I travel from Birmingham I will try the on airport parking even though it may be more expensive.
