“Not as accommodating as the Hams Hall site, not as good as a location for me personally but I suppose that we have to get used to parking there.
Such a large park where you have to walk to park/collect your car, I wouldn't like to do this in a shower of rain either before I go on holiday or when I come back.
May have to think about parking in the airport or park and collect infuture.”
“The return flight from Malaga our plane had a serious engine problem needing spare parts flew out Therefore we could not fly and had to stay for 24 hours. That was a scary situation in the end they had to fly a plane out from Manchester to pick us up. We were all pretty worried about getting on the plane. We get back to Birmingham after a bad end to one's holiday and yes APH were there holding their hand out for an extra £15. Thank you very much after what we had experienced. If the flight had just been cancelled I could understand the extra payment but not after what we had been through. I have used APH for a very long time and I did not think we would be treated like that, not as if it's the peak of the season neither. Therefore their service did not come up to my expectation at all this time.”
“Stil a good service but not as impressed with the self parking of vehicles. Many cars were not parked very well. We struggled to park due to others not parking correctly. We had to unload our cases from the back seats of our car and my wife had to get out before I could get parked.
It was a better service with your reception open and your staff parking and returning the vehicles.”
“We didn't manage to go on holiday because of illness so we were only there for nearly a day but staff seemed very pleasant and helpful. Would park there again.”
