“Easy to book and find, felt comfortable our car was kept safe whilst we were away.
Staff were super helpful charging our battery went we returned to find the battery had died!
The price has risen quite a lot since the last time I booked.”
“Did exactly what the booking information said. But could have highlighted the very tight parking spaces.
Would suggest slightly bigger parking spaces as would not like to park a very new car in the extremely tight spaces”
“It’s advertises as pick up on demand, the pick up is a minimum of every 25 minutes. This was NOT stated in the confirmation email or when I first searched for parking.
This caused us stress and anxiety at a time when we’re all aware of extra time needed at security. It was mis represented and when I asked for a gesture of goodwill for the stress it caused us, APH flatly refused. I didn’t even ask for a refund. I wouldn’t use this car park again, although the people who turned up just at the bus was about to pull off, which we waited an extra few minutes for, will give a different review.
