“Didn’t actually realise APH Hams Hall had closed down, used them for years and received excellent service. Got to the new sight to find out it’s actually Airparks, had to park in the smallest space which left very little room to get out of the car, let alone get your cases out of the boot safely without damaging other cars. No seats on bus so had to stand for 20 minutes before travelling to airport standing all the way. Will not be using again.”
“Great service - we had to cancel our booking last year at the last minute as our daughter got covid. They made it very easy to switch the booking to a new date.
The whole service is very simple - drive up, show your reservation number to the really friendly team, get shown to the area to park in, get the bus and go on holiday! :-)
The buses are clean and not a long journey from the airport.
Picking the car up was just as easy. Overall a great service both times we have used APH this year. Will use APH again whenever we go from Birmingham.”
