“I have written an official complaint , as we went on the hottest day in UK ever , and me and my 3 year old daughter have hidden in the reception/toilets (which were air conditioned). after 2 minutes , a worker came and said we cant be there , as the reception is closed (????) while he worked in fully air conditioned hut. After I've adequate registration complaint , they've just said they will make sure they will let the manager know. I really don't think we will be using them again.”
