“Myself and my boyfriend could not fault the services provided by APH Birmingham Self park. When we arrived the staff were very welcoming and helped us straight away and even stopped the shuttle bus for us which arrived at the same time as we did, so we did not have to wait for another, meaning we got the airport easily and quickly. Our bus drivers were both lovely, and took our bags for us and loaded them up on the shuttle bus and told us where to meet when we arrived back in Birmingham, so there was no confusion. Our flights was delayed on our journey back and we were not charged extra for the additional hours. Superb service and staff.”
“On our trip out the driver was brilliant really friendly, helped with the cases on and off the bus, even ask our granddaughter if she would like a photo in the drivers seat, could not fault him at all he was brilliant, just wish I could say the same for the return driver. Rude unfriendly and very miserable.
We always use aph and have never had any issues but this bus driver needs a lesson in customer service,”
“On arrival we were promptly greeted and given our ticket. Clear instructions were given where to park and what to do upon our return. A bus was already waiting to take us to the airport and the journey time was good. On our return we did have to wait for some time for the bus before returning to the carpark. Overall a good and easy service.”
