With arrivals and departures, no one way system for arrivals and departure given and collecting keys. Arrivals and car collection at same office. Was handed the
Wrong keys on return. As all in box mixed together. Too Much disorganisation and waiting about.
Suggest to have i arrivals and one collection office to give better customer service and prevent mistakes happening.”

“I hadvto cancel my holiday due to surgery and tried to cancel and transfer to next year but unfortunately I was unable to do it online as it just wouldn't allow me and the customer service department was always closed even when the opening hours were correct. Very poor customer service. I have been using aph for years with no problems but have never hadvto cancel before.”
“Now APH has moved to Airparks, the service is not as good as it was when they had their own site. Parking is fine but very tight when you get between two 4 wheel drive vehicles. No problem going to the airport, bus was waiting & left within 10 minutes of our arrival which was excellent. Airport collection was not so good, we waited half an hour for a coach to take us back, which is a long wait compared to before. Whilst waiting we discussed checking the cost of parking on site as we felt a 30 minute wait was unacceptable after a long flight etc.”
