“While everything went well (as usual), the move away from Hams Hall to a much less convenient location for us probably means we won't be using it again. In addition, the recent move from 20 minutes to 25 minute intervals doesn't sound like much, but it is if you have just missed a bus! Also, the surface in the part of the car park we were in was a bit rough.”
“Would be better if the pathways from the drop-off point were tarmacked as the surface is not suitable for suitcases on wheels especially if you have a distance to pull them. Some drivers help with your luggage some do not. The driver Saturday 17th in the afternoon was excellent.”
“On arrival the booking couldn’t be found, it’s happened before I’ve been parking there for over year now and everyone has always been so helpful. The man was so rude saying I should book in advance and shouldn’t be booking last minute ie with 24-48hrs notice. I’m military so I don’t have this luxury of pre planning so I explained this and he said I’m causing him more hassle and now my booking can’t be found. I shown him all my references and emails and he hesitantly booked me in. No where on your website suggests I am not allowed to book within a time limit. He made me feel like I had done something awful, and was trying to embarrass me by saying how I should t be booking so close to my departure. I’m really upset as I’ve never had this experience the team had always been so friendly.”
