“A long wait on arrival to park the car. Arrived back at Birmingham airport at 1 am. Reached the bus stop by 1:40. Waited 40 minutes for the next bus transfer in very cold weather (large queue of people already waiting for a while so we had not just missed a bus)
Transfer then took 20 minutes as expected…..only as we arrived at car park did we see a bus returning to pick up next lot of passengers. Had understood that buses ran more frequently than that. Having just left Crete at 30 degrees C to have to wait for that length of time in 6 degrees even with the extra layers we had packed we were cold. Will not do this again.”
“Parked there quite a few times. Friendly staff, quick, easy and well sign posted. Didn't have to wait long for the bus transfer to the airport.
The driver was very informative where we had to get the bus back after on our return.
And the driver who returned us from the airport to the car park, was very helpful and helped with our suitcases.

“Have used APH for years at Manchester and parked at your previous location at Birmingham and also used your service at Stansted. At the Airparks site you have joined with at Birmingham the "Car Park " was a very poorly lit and poorly marked piece of very rough ground complete with potholes. It's destroyed the wheels on my suitcase which today is with the council dumpit site. The service provided was poor in comparison to your Manchester site. I can guarantee that I will not book APH again next time we fly from Birmingham.”
“We have used APH for a number of years when at the previous site. Upon arrival, in the early hours of the morning, at the new site it was as if APH didn’t exist! What we didn’t realise it is at the site of Air Parks. We had given all of the necessary information upon booking to be told by the Air Parks attendant that APH don’t forward any details to them so we had to scramble around finding the necessary information! So really just use Air Parks it’s easier!”
