“Having used APH Hams Hall numerous times and been very satisfied it came as a complete shock to be sent to APH /Airparks. We arrived at 3.00am to be met by grumpy and abrupt staff at great pains to tell us they were Airparks ,not APH and only taking APH bookings. They were not interested in seeing booking confirmation and I had to verbally give all our details. I was then directed over uneven hardcored tracks where spaces offered were not large enough for even average car. Then had to manhandle cases back over rough ground several hundred yards to get to bus. I will never use this parking site again whether Airparks or APH.”
“Thought I had booked hams Hall site as per Web went there found it had moved to Marston green so drove to that site.The guy on entering said it wasn't APH but I informed him that there was a large sign at the entrance saying APH but he agreed we was at the correct place.He gave us a ticket with a bar code on and said we will need it when we return.I asked him if he takes the car keys and parks up and he said no you park yourself and take the keys with you.We had to drive along a pot holed dirt track following a fellow to our designated spot. For all this companies use I would have been better parking on the local road for a week and saved myself 90 pounds. Hopeless and poor service.”
“First time travelling abroad solo. Did a trial run to APH Bham week before flight date. Can't remember the staff member name but he was extremely helpful and explained everything I needed to do. Felt very reassured thank you. Took a lot of stress of the departure day”
