“The whole process is very easy from arrival to reaching the airport, the staff on site & the bus drivers are all helpful & friendly. Unfortunately we have decided to park on site in the airport in future due to the time we have had to wait for the coach to take us back to the car park when we get home. When APH ran their own parking facility the bus used to pick you up within minutes of getting to the bus stop, for the last few times on arrival back home, we have had to wait up to 25 minutes for the bus, which when you are keen to get home is just too long for us.”
“our experience of aph birmingham was not a very good one im afraid,the cost was in our opinion extortionate for the service we got,firstly,it was hard to find even with a satnav,not very well signed,secondly,the drivers were not very good,on the way back from the airport the driver we had even tipped the luggage of the racks he went round the corner that fast,and then couldnt even be bothered to pick them up again,and none of them bothered to help anybody with thier cases,in all not very good at all, bring back hams hall,best site you ever had.”
“I much preferred the Hams Hall site. Self park at Mackadown lane is ok for drop off with no luggage. But on return after a holiday with luggage, you are expected to walk with your luggage back to your car. A new system is required.”
“Preferred the previous site as your car was parked by APH staff and for me the location was more convenient. Unknown why this has happened as it all seems to be Airparks run now. Apart from this all ran ok but the bus on the way back was packed. Not sure why staff don't help with luggage on the bus.”
