“Some of staff not very helpful cars parked to close together on rough stone no white line to put car between also a long way to take cases when wet I asked someone if I could bring car closer he said no I believe the old system as come back now if not I will not be parking there again”
“disappointing , used APH for many years , new site not as good as other site. had to wait quite sometime for a space to be found for us as it was busy. condition of car park very poor had to carry a very heavy suitcase unable to wheel across the bricks , lots of broken wheel littered about”

Transfer to airport good.
Return transfer was exceptionally busy.....bus frankly overfull, with all seats taken and people standing down the central aisle front to back. Did not seem very safety conscious, and clearly not covid friendly.”
“Having used APH Birmingham for over 20 years finding it ideally situated just off theM42 I was dismayed that they have moved to be approached through a housing estate with narrow roads which the buses have difficulty negotiating. I shall reluctantly have to make other arrangements in future..”
