“Self park was good apart from there was no supervision of parking ie cars just rammed into small spaces anyone could park and use 2 spaces if they wanted to and did.”
“The actual self park part was fine. There was a wait upon first arrival to be ‘checked in’ then a further delay whilst waiting for the transfer bus to the airport even though it was sat in the yard.
Upon our return, it was not clear at all on the transfer buses which bus was going to which car park and no communication from the bus driver to indicate as such. As a result, it was absolute bedlam trying to get on. Utterly avoidable and very stressful,”
“Very courteous staff at check in. Bus arrived at airport bus stop within minutes of our late arrival and on arriving at the car park we had problems finding the car and the driver very kindly helped to locate it. The staff have always been very friendly.”
“Generally it was easy enough, got to airport fine however on return we we’re waiting for the bus for around 40 minutes so after collecting our luggage it was a further hour before we were back at the car making our trip home later than planned.”
