“Always used APH but since they’ve moved to Mackadown Lane, service has been poor, car was always bought nearer bus terminal but wasn’t and waited 50 minutes for return bus at airport. Will not be using again”
“Having used APH previously at Birmingham and Manchester, I was disappointed to find out that the company supplying the service was not actually APH. I had booked on line and had noticed that the address had changed, but at no point was I made aware that I wasn't parking with APH. unfortunately the company that is providing parking stated that they had picked up all of the APH bookings because APH no longer had a site in Birmingham, please make people aware that they are not actually parking with APH and should not expect the same service.”
