Very easy booking - online. Easy to find, and pleasant staff on site.
The bus network to and from the airport was very easy (however, make sure you read the return ticket so that you get the correct bus stop at the airport on your return.)”
“The only issue I have is that your tucked away in a part of Birmingham I am not familiar with. Sat/nav takes you on circuitous route where there is little or no signage particular difficult if arriving in the dark.”
“We have been using APH for many years. Although the system has changed and you now park your own car, the drive to and from the airport is the same. Sadly the last few times the driver has not been very helpful. He just sat there whilst I struggled with the cases. In the past drivers have been only to eager to help with luggage. Hence the four stars and not five.”
“Easy to find car park. Was met and directed where to park and was given a ticket with location of our parking space so no need to try to remember where you parked on your return from holiday. Great idea. Transfers to and from airport went very smoothly. Will definitely use again.”
