“Car Park was fairly easy to find using the instructions sent in the confirmation e-mail. We were greeted with a cheerful smile and checked-in very quickly. We had to follow another member of staff in his car to the area where we were asked to park. More lighting would have been useful in the actual parking area. We weren't too far from the bus stop but understand other's comments about having to park a distance away. There was a bus waiting and the transfer was easy.
On our return, there was a bus at the stop. The barcode on our ticket didn't work but the driver checked us in by using our car registration. On arrival back at the car park, we were able to find our car quite quickly as we had parked by a fence but I'm sure it could get confusing with the sheer size of the car park if we had had to park in the middle.
I have to say that I did prefer the old APH parking at Hams Hall, which was a very slick systems. Not sure why it has changed.
I would however use APH again.”
“Very good, just wish once you have scanned your ticket on the bus back that you didn't need to then re scan the ticket again with a steward on the car park site”
