“I wouldn’t pick to park here again.
Upon arrival, it was a bit chaotic. A guy had taken a number of cars to the parking area, not informing the car behind to wait so everyone followed and had to turn around and get back in the check in line. No signage or communication from the guy to wait.
My booking barcode wouldn’t scan so I had to go into an office so they could redo my booking (appeared to be the same for a lot of other people)
When it was rebooked they put the wrong end date on, so when I came to leave the car park it wouldn’t let me out. I then had to go back into the office to sort it out. I booked and paid until 30th the guy who had re-booked it had selected the 29th.
The parking spaces are that tight you can barely get out of your vehicle, I was worried it would get damaged.
Luckily I don’t fly from Birmingham often but if I did I’d pay to park elsewhere even if it was more to avoid the messing around.
The guys working there were pleasant enough though and the guy who assisted me when leaving was helpful.”

The APH staff covered to window with a plastic sheet to prevent damage internally.
