“On arrival there were several cars waiting to be checked in, only one member of staff was dealing with the customers. Had to wait about 15-20 minutes to get through then about 20 minutes for a shuttle bus. From arriving at car park to getting to airport departure you need to allow 45 - 50 minutes.”
“It took 1hr 15 mins for us from us arriving at the airport parking to get to the airport due to slow processing on our arrival, there not being a free parking space on our allocated row and a long wait for a bus, meaning we only just made our flight.
In contrast, the process on the way back was seamless- we picked up our keys from the keypad machine and could depart instantly.”
