“Parking up and the transfer to the airport went smoothly. The pickup from the airport to the parking was horrendous, waiting 45 minutes for the correct colour ticket bus to arrive, one bus which was not a white ticket bus left the airport empty leaving white ticket passengers waiting 45 minutes…in my this is not ‘buses depart regularly from Bus Stop A’ When the white ticket bus arrived, the female driver was very abrupt when my ticket wouldn’t scan correctly because the barcode had faded due to storing it safe in my wallet!!”
“This was my first time using APH self park at Birmingham. The only issue I had was waiting at bus stop A on my return. Three shuttles arrived but were not for self park. Had to wait for the fourth shuttle. Rather confusing. All OK. I would use again.”
