“We as a family have used APH at Birmingham many times. Last year we used them twice and at all times, the service has been excellent. Staff are always very helpful and friendly. They are very understanding and throughful, when we are flying out, we could be feeling excited and yet anxious. When returning, depending how the holiday went or the flight experience, staff at times try to make small talk, depending on the situatioin or help carry luggage. Birminham airport is not the closes to us but we choose to fly from there other than the greater choice of flight but the easy to get parking at a very competative price. We will choose APH Self Park at all time. Keep up the good work.”

This time, I had the same driver on both journeys, and I found him to be the best I have had. Most helpfull with my luggage at both drops, better than some of APH Drivers who don,t help with luggage at all. I didn,t notice his name, average height, well overweight, wavy beard, curkyish hair. 5x rating.”
