“i left my bag on the bus when arriving at bham airport, which had important stuff in it. after a quick call to there office they bought the bag to me on the next bus coming. than you so much guys you saved my holiday”
“Things have changed over the years with APH parking at Birmingham. Now a combination of self parking or valet parking. I like to keep my keys and self parked. A non lined lot of hardcore which relies on people considerately parking. Poorly lit and a one way system which isn't clearly indicated, so if you go the wrong way you have to reverse in the pitch black back to your space to turn around to get out. Also, had to wait 40 mins for the shuttle at 3am. So, took a hour from the airport to parking and then another hour to drive home, so wondered if better off parking at the airport. People getting on the wrong bus as tickets not checked. Gave always used APH but now considering other options.”
“It wasn't clear on booking that 'on-site' actually meant 15 minutes+ journey to the airport and not actually at the airport site. On arrival it took a long time for the one member of staff to deal with the car in front, going back and forward to the office. This meant we just missed the shuttle bus and had to wait 25 minutes, leaving us very little time to get through check-in causing us to have to run through the airport and fortunately caught the flight just in time. Unfortunately, this caused a back injury for myself which completely spoilt our holiday.”
“Always used APH with no problems until this time , my holiday was cancelled by easy jet with 19hrs notice , phoned APH to cancel and explain I wouldn't be parking and could I have a refund or move to a future date when I rebook to be told " No" , check our terms and conditions . 48 hrs noticed required , most holidays are cancelled within the 48 hrs (so really it's a get out clause) ,We will send you a letter to claim of your insurance.... Only problem is insurance excess is more than the £67 parking. Not Happy!!!”
