“I take no issue with the staff who were friendly and tried to be helpful. My problem was with the lack of adequate space to park. Having to attempt to reverse into ridiculously cramped spaces & trying to complete 13 point turns in the early hours was not an ideal start to our holidays. I guess we can all point the finger at HS2, as it looks as though the Birmingham site had to move from Hams Hall which always had more than enough space for the volume of vehicles within.”
“On arrival it was explained what we needed to do, the gentleman was pleasant and told us what we needed to do. We parked where we were told to park, secured our car and headed to the bus stop”
“Very easy to park and very close to the bus stop. Only down fall is it is a bit dusty and the car park should be tarmaced to make it easier to pull the suitcases.”
