“Easy running from the start of parking to picking our car up. When we first got there the gentleman notice I need extra support so he said to us park your car there and your luggage, then park up. Massive thank you.
On the bus trip back 830pm driver Lee went above and beonded his job role. He wheeled me off the bus with support from a member of the public,while husband was sorting the cases out.
This service as a temporary wheelchair user made me feel very proud of the staff you have working at the APH self park. Defo gold stars needed.”
“Easy to find and park. Friendly helpful staff. Busses are regular and you can down load the app to see how far away it is. Will definitely be using them again”
“Departure day we parked at the Mackadown Lane site, it's close to the airport but adds another 15 mins on the journey, there's then a bit of admin checking in, self park and wait for the bus, we waited around 20 mins then a 15 min bus ride to departures. On return we waited around 30 mins for the bus back to Mackadown Lane, collected the car then drive home.
We were away for ~25 days so it was cheaper, the sire appears secure and the staff are OK but you need to schedule at least an extra hour each end.
The busses don't seem very frequent or maybe we had bad luck.”
“I always park in aph car parks usally different ones but this time chose a different one based on availability. The car park is so tight. On returning to our car someone has completely ruined the back end by clearly reversing into it. Wouldn’t park in this one again. Staff are great as usual just the car park is extremely small compared to the other ones.”

“On this occasion I didn't use the service due to change of plan. However, I have an issue with the poor customer service online. No direct number to call, and no reply from the WhatsApp contact. Frustrating, to say the least.
That said, I have used self service park before and all was fine. Hence, review based on previous experience.”
