“Parking experience was ok, but we paid for self-park and was only offered key-drop when we got there. When I asked the staff about my options, they said we could key-drop or just not park there (not a pratical option...).
On our return we were told that we would be refunded the difference (as key-drop was a cheaper option upfront) but the email address that was provided for the refund was ignored.”
