“Self park is OK as long as the spaces are there. I was told to go to specific row and the only space was good for a very small slim car, due to others having parked badly. I then had to drive around to find a space.
Also the gravel drive ways are terrible to pull a wheeled suitcase, need to be tarmac.”
“Staff friendly and helpful plenty of parking toilets on site bus staff friendly and on time and takes you wright to the door a good service this our 3rd time we have used app parking.”
“Finding the car park was as easy as parking the car at the compound, but more control needs to be in place to stop other drivers from parking 1 car in 2 spaces. I had to return back to the entrance to get a new lane to park in as the one issued to me was full.
The pickup and drop-off point at the airport needs better weather cover, as what is there now is a bit of a joke. Being wet with a long drive home isn't funny”
“After using APH for several years at different airports around the country & always had only good things to say, we found Mackadown Lane was awful. Having to try to drag heavy suitcases across rubble down stones was not what we expected. We are in our mid 70's and have health problems. We were dreading coming back from holiday to have to do it again. One of our suitcases ended up with a buckled wheel so is no longer usable. We've usually been to Hams Hall car.park.”
