“Reasonably priced, close to airport, unlike some parking we've been to it was on tarmac with reasonably sized spaces. Would prefer if transfer bus was more frequent though - we waited 20 minutes or so at both ends. But would book again.”
“Self park is great as you keep your keys.
BUT the transfer is the issue especially from airport to car park.
Many blue ticket buses turns up but as we had a white ticket we waited 30mins standing outside at 3.30am
At the point of buying you do not know the colour ticket as if I knew I would not buy.
WOULD I use again NO on the basis of the return bus.
I will be going direct parking at the airport at Birmingham”
“I use APH regularly for parking prior to my holidays, always had great customer service from point of entry to the bus driver. An easy to use booking system and secure parking.”
“Easy to find using the sat nav, Display at the entrance shows your name with a welcome before driving in and being met by a staff member who issues a ticket with a colour and row. Off you drive, park the car and jump on the bus. 15 minutes to airport. A bit of a wait on the return for the bus but once you get back, walk to the car and drive off. No problems at all, been using APH for a number of years and only ever had one issue.”
“Self park worked well, and I was happy that I could keep my car keys. Bus transfer was good and the site is well maintained, with good tarmac parking areas.”
“We arrived at the carpark in a different car as mine had decided to breakdown on the day, this was quickly amended by the chap who greeted us, without any fuss.
He was friendly and informative and we then parked up with in the designated area.
There was about a 20 minute wait for the bus transfer to the airport, which stops and picks up at bus stop A at the airport.
I would use this carpark again, it was far cheaper than onsite parking and if you have a blue light card you can get a few extra pounds off the full price too.”
