“We arrived at the airport collection point just after 22.00 hrs, several Airparks coaches passed but for different destinations, at 22.40 an Airparks bus arrived and the driver recognised that we had been waiting for a long time. he contacted Mackadown Lane who said that our coach had suffered a puncture and that one would be with us within 10 -15 minutes. In terms of cutomer care that reaction to the original problem from Mackadown Lane was abysmal, we received no communication regarding the delay and it looks like we were going to be left until the next scheduled journey. We have used APH many times but will most certainly not use Mackadown Lane again. Regarding friendliness of staff this cannot be quantified as no-one spoke other than "White ticket?"”
