“The bus driver could see that I was struggling with 2 heavy suitcases ( I am 80 yes old) but he just sat in his driver's seat without offering assistance.
Driver training is required.
We will not use APH in future if service is not improved.

“I would recommened but only for convenience. It was hard to find, partly due to the road works nearby, but also due to location. On our return, we had to wait half an hour for a bus, in the rain. the bus that was waiting there was not going to our car park and this caused confusion for the big crowd of passengers waiting. Our bus was overcrowded, with several people standing, with must be against various health and safety rules and was definitely not safe. The driver was helpful and assisted with suitcase storage and he was polite.”
“We weren't given a ticket when we parked, so could only get on the return bus a week later because I had the booking confirmation email on my iPad. We were told where to park our car in the first place, but not asked to leave our keys behind. There seemed to be 2 different systems in place there.”
