“Very efficient staff and quick drop off. Didn't wait long for transfer to airport
On return it was somewhat different. When you are standing at the pick-up stop for 30 minutes around mid-night at low temperatures than used to. There were buses for "Express" and "Short Run" but the "Maccadown Lane" one was not so evident. It took 85 minutes to get to the car park from the time of landing.”
“Simple and great. Little bit far away from airport but if you like pay extra 85 quid you can park your catlr just 5 min away. I think it not worth. You need just jump in the coach and you will be in the APH car park in 15 min with 85 Quid on the pocket:-)”
“Been using APH Manchester for years. Let’s be honest. This isn’t an APH carpark, it’s Airparks ‘in partnership with’ APH. The Airparks experience is really sub standard. The arrival was confusing and has very poor signage. Car was safe, but the route back was a disaster. 3 bus routes using the same stop was confusing - it all depends on what colour ticket you had and this isn’t explained. After 50 minutes, our ‘white ticket’ bus finally arrived. And there was nearly a 100 people waiting!! Absolute chaos, and not an apology in sight. We've used APH in Manchester for decades and will continue to do so. But we will never use APH Birmingham again, they are a complete let down to the APH brand and isn’t run the same at all. I think they really should reconsider their ‘partnership’.”
“We have used this service since it was based at Hams Hall.
Apart from the very rude driver on our return who shut the bus doors on our faces we do like this service. He needs to have training on how to treat customers!! Disgusting.”
“Everything very straightforward at Mackadown Lane. Staff were efficient and helpful. Easy to find a parking space in allocated row. We didn't have to wait long for the bus on either our trip to the airport or on our return from the airport. Would certainly use this APH parking again.”
