“Easy to find in the famous Mackadown Lane. Simple parking setup. Parking staff walked me through to a satisfactory parking place. Not long to wait for the shuttle. Bus driver ws very helpfull. On our return, a bus was in, and again the driver assisted. At the car park, we got off the bus, walked to the car and drove out using the security code supplied.”
“I have parked at APH Hams Hall, Birmingham several times in the past and have been very satisfied.
This car park is nothing to do with APH. It is run by Airparks and APH just acts as an agent. The car park is in very poor condition with no defined bays and could be quite a long walk to the bus stop over a poor surface littered with stones. After making it to the bus stop we had approximately 40 minutes to wait for a bus. On the return to the car park from the airport the bus arrived in good time.
APH obviously closed the site at Hams Hall due to covid and I am afraid I will not be booking parking at Birmingham through APH until they hopefully open a similar site again as the one at Hams Hall. Next time I travel from Birmingham I will try the on airport parking even though it may be more expensive.”
“Was a bit surprised to find the site had moved to Mackerdown lane but liked the idea of self-park? the process was easy, someone comes to meet you in the waiting area while you sat in your car, checked your details and directs you to where you will be parking. Once Parked the bus wasn't too long and off we went”
“Not the most accessible place to park when travelling from the north of the West Midlands, but closer to the airport. I have tried different routes to the car park, but non of them are any easier than the online instructions provided. Price wise…..better than others in the area.”
