“Having used APH for many years, (Hams Hall) we found out it had closed, and were directed to self park, although we didn't realise it was self park, (obviously not a big problem) but suprising that we had to unload our bags, and park ourself. I did the booking over the telephone, and wasn't offered the 'delay' insurance. (we were told about it by other passengers). But we will definately be using again.”
“This was my first time using APH car park. I was meeting my friends at the airport and had driven alone at night. The staff were very helpful and explained what I needed to do. The transfer coach picked me up 10 mins later and dropped me off at the airport, on return I went to the same bus stop and it took me to the car park.
I felt safe throughout about the whole situation and I would definitely recommend to anyone.
