“The confirmation email gave clear directions to the car park and the instructions on entry were easy to understand. We were met very promptly by a friendly male member of staff. He took our details, gave us a token and directed us to our parking spot exactly as the instructions stated. The bus turned up after a short 10 mins wait and we arrived at the airport terminal after a smooth 15 mins drive. It couldn't have gone more better.”

One staff member was so helpful to a passenger because the passenger had lost his phone between the seats of the bus he had just got off at the airport. The bus driver radio to his fellow work mate who found the phone to get it back to the passenger so he could get his flight for his holiday.”
