“Easy to get to and the directions were spot on from APH, not usual to be able to keep your keys but great idea if you are one of the people that is worried about leaving your car in a car park amid all the conspiracy stories about car parking joy riders. Recommend APH to all.”
“Waited at Bus Stop A for 50 minutes at Birmingham Airport for a shuttle bus to come and take me back to the car park. Rang the site 4 times over this period of waiting to be told each time that a bus was 15 minutes away. These buses are suppose to be frequent yet I waited from 10.07pm until nearly 11pm for the Mackadown lane bus to arrive.”
“Easy to find. We were greeted, checked in and told where to park our car. We only had to wait 10 minutes for the bus to take us to the airport. On the return journey we had to wait 30 minutes for the bus to arrive. Drivers were very helpful getting your luggage on and off the bus.”
