“Drop of good. Greated by a friendly lady who explained everything. Parking space on tarmac a bit tight for my car. Pickup okay, finding exit was not as easy as it could have been.”
“Finding the car park is straightforward and is a great location. Staff are friendly upon arrival and we were informed to park in zone Blue with ease. Note that although we parked & unloaded very quickly and were told 3 minutes for the transfer, the transfer bus still leaves due to a “schedule” although we were the only ones parking at 6am so had to wait another 30 minutes. On return it’s very confusing as there are 3 APH car parks using bus stop A and there buses are not labelled clear enough for which car park”
“Ideal location and a good price for a week’s parking.
Could do with improving the transfer from airport back to the car park though. It wasn’t very clear which bus was collecting who and going where. Lots of just walking up and down and asking drivers! We were told to look out for one with Mackadown on the front and then the one we ended up in didn’t say that at all. We probably had a half an hour wait to get picked up.”
“Could be more clear that the colour of your ticket referred to the bus the you catch as was a bit confusing on return transfer at the bus stop , nobody who was waiting didn't seem to realise that their colour ticket referenced the colour sticker on front of bus as they were all air parks including us .”
“My sat nav took me on quite a convoluted journey after I left the M6 northbound, but didn't really cause any problems. Lovely welcome on arrival. Friendly, helpful staff. When I said that my return flight was due to land at 2.30a.m. he found me a space close to the bus stop. He also lifted my suitcase on and off the bus. Great service.
Had a lengthy wait for the bus when I got back and it was chilly, but once it arrived I was quickly on my way home.”
