“We were pleased that APH provided transfers from the car park to the airport promptly especially with the current concerns at Birmingham Airport with long queues at security! Transfers were on time and did not take long.
The only negative was that it would have been great if the drivers had offered to help with the loading of our 2 heavy cases and there were other passengers who were unfit or had small babies who could also have done with a hand”
