“Parking the car was easy. Staff at the car park going were very pleasant and helpful. However the driver on the return from the airport was worse than bad. His idea of helping was to bruskly demand sight of the the colour of your ticket but give no help to older passengers who needed help lugging luggage into the racks. In addition he went round a bend too quickly so some of the luggage fell out of one of the holders. This driver needs a new non customer facing job.”
“It is not as convenient to get to as its previous site at Hams Hall but saying that I have piece of mind that its reasonably secure parking and the bus travel to the airport and back works well. I was parked in self park area "C" and in the dark it is the signage is not easily visible place at low level on the perimiter barrier.”
