“Bus takes 30 minutes to come to & from the airport. Was waiting for over 30 minutes in the cold but bus not arrived. Other buses came twice while I was waiting.
We just come off a flight and exhausted as it is would expect bus to come on time not wait for another half an hour.
Also, bus too far from airport.”
