“Whole process was very easy start to finish.
Parked up car, keeping keys. Short walk to bus stop for bus to airport terminal. All done fairly quickly.
Return, waited about 10 mins at the bus stop “A”. Easy trip back to car.
Will be using again.”
“Amazing got there a little early no problem arrived was told where to park where the bus was and gave a ticket and how to come back amazing so so simple had an hr and half drive back at 1.30am so didn’t need any stress was so simple there was a lady at bus stop a helping us all out with what bus when where super smooth and excellent service and as a menopausal woman with brain fog just the smoothness I needed with tyres children will be using again”
“Parked there for 10 days in July was easy to find upon arrival a member of staff came straight over to sort us out and tell us where our parking space was even at 4 o’clock in the morning. The bus was there and took us straight to the airport. Upon arriving back at Birmingham Airport we didn’t wait long for the return bus back to the park. The bus driver was really friendly and helpful. Will definitely book again next year”
