“I was pleased with the serivce I recieved when I left my car the staff at the car park and on the bus were very helpful especially as my husband has to use a walking stick helping with cases on and off the bus.
Our expericence was not as good on our return very confusing at the bus stop 3 buses waiting at the same stop not sure which bus to get on when we did find the right bus there was 2 members of staff on the bus one was the driver the other member of staff didnot help with the case lucky an other passage help me the with the cases on and off bus and he just stood and watched”
