Friendly chatty and helping with the cases as well.

“The location is a bit of a drag through residential areas but the parking is well organised, the staff polite and very helpful. Transfer bus every 25 mins but ok for the price, more frequent transfers are available from more expensive parks. Self parking is a plus although there is a danger that you could lose your key on holiday!”
“Our first time at this site, so needed the satnav to find it. On arrival we were greeted by the staff and given clear instructions on where to park. We found a space easily and made our way to the bus stop. The bus arrived after a few minutes and we set off for the airport. On arrival we were dropped off outside departures and informed this is where we will be picked up on our return.
When we arrived back and made our way to the bus stop, there had been an incident with our bus which meant it couldn't be driven. But again, staff were there to tell us what was happening and that another bus was on its way.
It all worked very efficiently and we were soon gave to our car and away home.
We will definitely be using APH again. Thank uou.”
