“It’s pretty straightforward and no hassle. The only thing about their self parking is that the parking spaces are really small and tight to manoeuvre. But in general it’s pretty convenient getting their and the airport bus shuttle”
“Parking was easy and pricey was fair. It's just the bus times. We had to wait at least 30 mins for our bus to come when we arrived back at Birmingham airport. A few APH busses came but the driver said this bus isn't for you. As you can imagine, after a flight you just wanna hop straight onto the bus and go to your car then drive home.”
“The man upon check is was friendly, nice warm space with vending machine and heater available to wait for the bus and you get to keep your keys so upon return no delays you can head straight off. Worked great for us”
“Getting into the park and onto airport was fine. The return to the car park from the airport was poor - I was not warned of different buses and there were insufficient numbers of buses so had to wait 35 minutes before getting a bus back to the car park and the bus diverted to other car parks on the way back.”
