“We found the arrival and booking in to be excellent. However on our return we waited nearly an hour for the bus and when I called them, I was advised it was due to traffic yet all other buses for the other air parks were arriving 2 came and went whilst we were still waiting. When the bus finally arrived it took 15 mins to get back and no traffic on either side of the road so very frustrating. Would not use again as I have never experienced this before.”
