“The location is a bit out of the way and there was no signage before you actually reached the carpark. Also in area D, the parking spaces were quite tight and on returning, it was a bit difficult getting my BMW 520i out as being a long car, it took some very careful manourvering to get it out.”
“Very good service. Easy to travel to and didn't have to wait long for pick-up from the car park Bust stop, nor the Airport on our return. Probably not worth the extra cost of the staff parking the car for you, as the site is easy to navigate both in and out. Would definately use again”
“I've just used the APH Birmingham Self Park for the first time.
On arrival at the site I was greeted quickly and issued with the ticket required when returning to the carpark after my trip.I was then directed to the zone area in which to park. Once parked I headed with my cases to the bus pick-up point. Minutes later I was heading to the airport and fifteen minuteslater I was in the departure queue at the airport.
On my arrival back at Birmingham airport, I headed to the bus pick-up point. After a short wait the appropriate bus arrived, the driver checked the ticket (issued on my initial arrival at the carpark) and confirmed me on his list. The short trip back to the carpark and I was loading luggage back into my car ready to head for home.
The whole process was hassle free. :)”
“Lovely welcome from a staff member whi explained exactly what we needed to do. We were 2 hours late returning due to an issue at the airport but didn't need to pay any extra, again the staff were great and very understanding. Buses to the airport run regularly. All round a great service, easy to book and clear pricing.”
