“Does exactly what it says on the tin...Only minus point is would like to see more signage when dark, as can find it difficult to find the parking zones.”
“I've used APH before on many occasions (used to be at Hams Hall but now its at Mackadown Lane) and this time I didnt realise I had booked 'self park' as all previous bookings I have driven up to the lane and parked, given my keys in at the desk and jumped on the bus. This time I was greeted by the APH attendant, told which lane to go to and park myself. To be honest, I wasnt very happy about parking myself then having to lug my suitcase the distance from my car back to the bus stop and I found the car spaces very tight and not a lot of room between them. Otherwise it would have got five stars. I have phoned up and asked this question, and you can book 'drop and go' or 'self park' but if the 'drop and go' isn't available then you just get the self park option. I know this now and it was clearly my error when I booked. I won't be booking 'self park' again as i prefer drop and go, but it may be fine for most people. I also had to wait the full 25 minutes for the bus to the airport and again a 20 minute wait at the bus stop at the airport, plus transfer time. Think i will pay the extra next time for a meet and greet booking at the airport.”
“Booking process was really easy and the directions to find the parking were very clear. Upon arrival I was greeted immediately and directed to where I would need to park and where to catch the bus to the airport. There wasn't a long wait to get to/from the airport and my care was safe/undamaged. Will definitely use again if flying from Birmingham”
“Easy park n transfer good service.would like one thing if possible. A traffic up date of area posted on bus or waiting area ! Why I left Tuesday and the M6 was closed it was a nightmare drive home. Not to distract from your service”
