“The address on the paperwork takes you to the complete wrong location, in the middle of the road. Then when you Google Aph express you are again taken to the wrong address. The man then at the location eventually showed us the correct location, stating he has mentioned this to HO many times... The whole experience added almost an hour to our intended airport arrival, which was extremely stressful!! Transfer OK.”
“First time using and it was very straight forward. Had a bit of difficulty hearing all the instructions at the cabin but it was easy to understand. The follow me car makes it painless to park up. The staff on the bus was very friendly. Amazingly had him for the same trip back to the car park which was nice.”
