“The car park wasn't in a good condition. There were lots of big pot holes and the ground was very uneven. There had been a lot of rain and when we returned to the car with our suitcase the car park was extremely muddy. We couldn’t wheel the cases because they kept getting stuck in the mud, it was very difficult as we had a 2 year old”
“Really impressed, from arriving at the barrier to enter, the inital contact was really polite and professional. Followed their lead vehicle straight to a space rather than searching for one. Transfer bus waiting to take us to the airport terminal which is a couple of minutes transfer. Chap driving the bus again really helpful and friendly. Amazing service.”

“Excellent drivers both to and from airport. I'm wheelchair bound and all assistance was rendered to both my wife with our luggage and to myself with the chair - the return driver even identified our car with the remote fob and offered to load our cases on it. Excellent service which was suitably rewarded. We'll certainly be using APH express when we fly from Birmingham.”
“On arrival we were escorted to about 3 parking spaces all of which were too small to fit in. This was mainly due to cars parked incorrectly taking up additional space. We were then directed onto some rubble and not allocated a hard surface parking area which others seem to have enjoyed.
As we had to get to the terminal we parked and departed. It had rained whilst we were away and on our teturn the rubble parking area had large puddles adjacent to our car doors. So wet shoes trying to get into the car. Those parked in surfaced slots had no such issues.
So overall not a good experience and not up to the APH usual standard.
Arrival and departure were simple and quick.”
