“Staff were pleasant and helpful , however I feel APH description of how long it takes is a little misleading. The so called 3 minute journey can take a lot longer. We were parked in zone 7 and we stopped another 2 or 3 times to load up another 20 passengers and their suitcases. So it took us about 20 minutes to get to the airport terminal. Also some people had to wait for another bus as it was full.
However we were dropped off right next to departures entrance. On our return we were lucky the bus was in, but there was a long queue and the last few didn’t get on.
You are told where to park by the “Follow me car” could be chaotic during busy times, if lots arrive at once.”
“Very good service bus driver was very helpful you are given a ticket when you enter and you have to show when you get back to pickup point he told everyone to take photos on your phone in case you miss place ticket as you carnt get on bus with out ticket”
“We have never used this car park before. Easy to find. On check in we were told to follow a car that took us to our parking space. No other instructions given. We did not have a clue where we were supposed to catch the bus from or if we kept hold of our keys. Would have been so much easier if things were explained to us at check in.”
“I use APH all the time for parking at different airports, not used this one until now as it's relatively new. Found the car park by entering the full Postal address, don't use the post code alone!! Easy check in and straight onto the bus. Friendly driver on both outward and inward bus. Will use again as it's a lot cheaper than on site parking.”
