“While getting to the car park was tricky due to HS2, once there, the process was seamless. A bus was ready and waiting for me in my Zone when I dropped the car off, and the buses on return were running smoothly and regularly. The staff was friendly and on hand to help with car jumps (saw the jumping trolley in the car park). There is a bathroom on the way out before you head out of the car park on the journey home as well. Thank you for making it easy to park close to the airport without worry.”
“When I arrived at the bus stop A there were a large number of people who had been waiting for the coach transfer for over 30 mins. I waited 5 mins then as no bus appeared, called the car park office using the number on the booking form. I requested a bus and explained as it was late and cold, that some people had been waiting a long time. The car park assistance said a bus had just left which was clearly not true. Five mins later a bus arrived. The couple at the head of the queue asked why there had been no earlier bus. The driver called them a liar. Not very good. There were plenty of others in the queue to witness that lack of buses in the last 30 mins.”
“Went around in circles looking for the car park as signed posted as car park express, not APH. Eventually found it after about 20 mins. Staff were helpful and directed us to a space. But on the way back we were just dropped off about a 3 min walk away from where we parked. Basically stopped and told to get off.”
“Very good service. The bus was there at 4 AM when we arrived and in two minutes on our way back. More than that, when I picked up the car I had a flat battery but in 5 minutes they came with a large wheeled jump starter and back to the road. I was very impressed. Keep up the good work.”
