“We returned from Edinburgh at 22.00 hours on 2nd February last.
We had unfortunately left our car park slip that we were given upon parking our car ,in the car.
When we came to get our bus we were unsure which bus to catch.
Fortunately for us one of you drivers went way beyond his duties to help, he established which car park we were in, took charge of our luggage, drove us to the car park, where upon arrival, took my car keys, searched for and found our car delivered to us while we remained on the bus.
He was an absolute star and, being such a credit to himself and your company, deserves to be recognised for his service.
We cannot thank him or yourselves enough for such exemplary service, thank you.

“Use BHX Express Parking. Was really wasy to find and the bus kore or less picked us up and dropped us off from right where we parked the car. Staff were both friendly and helpful and we will definitely use again. Also worth using Tesco Cluubcard vouchers as well. The whole week only cost me £8.99 !!!”
