From the guy at the entrance to the car park to the guy in the van that took us too our parking spot to the female bus driver. Brilliant! “We had a good experience over all, the shuttle took us immediately to airport,and on the return the bus had back to the car within ten minutes.
HOWEVER you need to give the correct address on the email when you send out confirmation. I nearly missed my flight spending over an hour trying to find your location .
Your actual address is NEC WEST not the useless address stated in your email . The staff at the other site knew straight away why we couldn't find APH EXPRESS.
And that was the only reason I gave 1star. You would of gotten 5 stars had you given us the correct address. But it seems you send the useless address to every customer.”
“Only 5 minutes drive from airport, staff were helpful giving directions as we got a bit lost. Driver carried our bags for us. Car was kept safe and secure”
