“Like others we had great difficulty finding the car park. It's a shame as we found the staff helpful and the very short transfer to the airport is great. The instructions should be changed to take the 1st exit into the NEC West Park and on reaching the barrier you will see Airparks displayed.”
“The car park is easy to find and located close to Birmingham Airport. Check in was easy and quick and it was easy to find a space. There was only a short wait for the transfer bus to depart and it took less than 10 minutes to get to the airport.
On our return the transfer bus arrived within less than 5 minutes and dropped us close to where we parked. The exit procedure was very quick and efficient.”
“Unfortunately the mess that is the area around Birmingham airport can cause a lot of STRESS right now trying to locate your parking area...
Your staff were, however, very pleasant and most helpful.
We can only HOPE that the signage is improved, that should be there, placed by the Birmingham airport and HS2 management, presumably...?
It is a complete shambles, with too much mess, and no real direction given.
One cannot therefore rely on one`s vehicle or mobile gps.
We got sent to Coventry before we ralised that gps was all mixed up with the phone directions being diferent to cars own directions
